After a year of crises and transformations for the HR function in 2022, 2023 promises to be even more intense. Drawing on the many signals collected in the field throughout the year, the Tomorrow Theory team has done a lot of background work to identify the 5 megatrends and 28 trends in HR innovation in 2023.
Evolution of HR, managerial and collaborative practices is the engine of organizational transformation, to make them attractive and competitive over time. Nothing ever stays the same, and if your organization does not progress, then without a doubt it will eventually regress, with all that implies on your future ability to attract and retain talent!
So many challenges to take up, for which it is better to be prepared, in order to act consciously and responsibly.
